Project Description

This instruction involved undertaking a full measured survey of the property and producing proposed drawings for a loft conversion to the property, by removing the existing roof and designing a new roof structure in a higher position to house new second floor accommodation. Following the granting of Planning Permission we then produced full Building Regulations drawings including full structural design and calculations, along with a Schedule of Works pricing document to ensure all tendering contractors price the project on a like-for-like basis.
