Focus Property Consultancy was appointed by the main contractor undertaking a refurbishment and replacement lighting scheme to all communal areas of a Grade II* Listed office and retail building on Regent Street, London. Our brief was to produce existing and proposed electrical lighting layouts and full Specification of Works, including proposed lighting calculations throughout all areas to comply with the Employer’s Requirements details.

Planning Permission was successfully granted.
