This instruction involved undertaking the following works:

• A full measured survey of the property
• Producing existing and proposed Planning drawings for a new single-storey rear extension and minor first floor alterations
• Completion of the Planning Application Form and submission to the Local Authority
• Producing proposed Building Regulations drawings for a new single-storey rear extension and minor first floor alterations

Following the granting of Planning Permission and approval of Building Regulations designs, we then managed the project on site through to completion.
