Project Description

This instruction involved undertaking a full measured survey of the property and producing proposed drawings for a single-storey rear extension, first floor side extension, plus associated internal reconfigurations to the property. Following the granting of Planning Permission, we then produced full Building Regulations drawings including full structural design and calculations, along with a Schedule of Works pricing document to ensure all tendering contractors price the project on a like-for-like basis.
