Project Description

Focus Property Consultancy has been instructed by the freehold management company of a Grade II* Listed high-end residential block in central London to deal with several matters, including the following:

• Investigate cause of water ingress into one of the properties, diagnose the issue, produce a report on findings, and make recommendations for remedial works
• Oversee recommended remedial repairs to roof where water ingress was identified
• Production of Specification, tendering and management of repair and refurbishment works to internal areas of the property following water ingress
• Production of Specification, tendering and management of repair and refurbishment works to internal areas of the property following water damage from a separate leak from an adjoining property, for insurance purposes
