Project Description

Focus Property Consultancy was instructed by the property management company of the Whitehouse Apartments on London’s South Bank to undertake a full survey and report of the condition of all external stone cladding surrounding the building, following a section of cladding breaking off and falling to the ground from high level. Our involvement was as follows:

• Undertake laser scan measured survey of all external elevations of building
• Production of all existing elevation drawings
• Undertake abseil survey of all cladding panels to all elevations, logging the condition, and photographing all defects and referencing each one to its location on the elevation
• Production of annotated elevation drawings showing locations of visible damage and defects
• Production of photographic Schedule of Condition document
