Focus Property Consultancy has repeatedly been instructed by the property management company of various Grade II Listed historic residential blocks in central London to undertake the production of Specifications, tendering and management for repair, refurbishment and redecoration works to external facades and internal communal areas of a number of properties on the estate. The role includes all aspects of contract administration duties under the JCT Minor Works Building Contract.
